Poor Oral Hygiene Being The Premier Cause OF Swollen Gums

Gum disease is one of the most common dental condition being experienced by individuals and often neglected for its early symptoms are painless. And when pain and discomfort bothers, gum disease has already progressed to more serious condition.

When gums appear to be res in color, tender, puffy, bleeds easily during brushing and swells, gum infection or gum disease is already taking its toll in your mouth. Gum disease symptoms should be given attention to control its progression. Poor oral hygiene is the premier cause of swollen gums and bleeding gums for it allows bacteria to live and form into plaque which causes inflammation and gum infection.
